How to binding your Guest account
How to binding your Guest account:
1. There will be the binding interface pop up after using “Guest Login” to log in to the game for the third time.
2. Enter the email you want to bind and password, and click Confirm (the password must be more than 8 characters and contain both uppercase and lowercase letters).
3. The “Successfully Bound” notification appears when completing the guest account binding.
How to retrieve the guest account or log in with the bound guest account when changing devices:
1. Click Support - > the Recover Guest Account button.
2. Enter the email and password of the bound account, then click Confirm.
3. If the account and password are correct, there will be a notification "Successfully recovered guest account".
How to reset the password of guest account when you forget:
1. Click Support - > Recover guest account - > click Forgot Password.
2. After inputting the email of the guest account, click Confirm.
3. Open your mail box and click on the link as directed.
4. After inputting the new password, click Update.
5. After successfully reset, there will be a notification “Password Update Successful”.
